Your First Visit
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete our New Patient Form. You can also download and print our form to fill out before you arrive.
Initial Exam
Your dentist will review your medical and dental history and conduct a thorough examination of your teeth, bite and jaw. We will also conduct an oral cancer screening and potentially recommend other diagnostic procedures like X-rays.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan customized for you.
Your dentist will also take the opportunity to answer questions you have about your oral health and treatment options.

We can direct bill your insurance company and our administrative team is happy to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit and most major credit cards
